RESERVATIONS POLICY
Please arrive a minimum of 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment so you can use the restroom and relax before your appointment, as services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. You are invited to contact us, as well, to confirm exact times, services and ask any questions you may have.
TARDINESS POLICY
We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable; and while we will do our best to accommodate you, if you are more than 4 minutes late of your appointment time, we may be forced to reschedule your service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so we can fill your spot with clients on our waiting list. If something beyond Depil Brazil’s control (weather, esthetician sick day, etc.) requires us to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will give as much advance notice as soon as possible. At our discretion, a credit card or gift card may be required in order for you to reserve your appointment.
NO-SHOW POLICY / LATE CANCELLATION
At the beginning of each year, we reset the no-show count. On your first no-show of the year, we will need to save a card on file to secure your next reservation. If you miss your next appointment, a 20% fee will be applied. On your 3rd missed appointment, a 50% fee will be applied, and on your 4th missed appointment, and for any missed appointment after that, a 100% fee will be applied. The fees are applied to all missed services and on the same day of the missed appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, no-show policy fees will be applied.
FIRST TIME GUEST POLICY
In order to claim first-time customer discounts, you must be a first-time guest to the whole company, not just a studio. This offer only applies to DFW residents and is valid every day. Please provide your driver's license at check-in. If you do not have your driver's license, you must show proof of residency another way. If you miss your first appointment, you will forfeit your discount.
CHILD POLICY
If your child accompanies you in the studio lobby and is younger than 8 years of age, adult supervision is required. No additional guests are allowed in the treatment room per TDLR.

We are constantly expanding our service list and products to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
SERVICE POLICY
Depil Brazil provides waxing services for everyone, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive experience. It is important to note that our Vajacial treatment is exclusively for women, and we do not offer this particular service for men. We invite all clients to explore our diverse range of waxing services tailored to suit everyone.
GRATUITY POLICY
Prices do not include gratuity. 15% gratuity is assessed for all services over $200.
MONETARY POLICY
Depil Brazil Waxing Studio accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, Apply Pay, Depil Brazil gift cards, bank debit cards, cash, and personal checks. A $25 fee is assessed for returned checks. Depil Brazil gift cards are not redeemable if reported as lost or stolen.
REFUND POLICY
All services, gift cards, and pass sales are final. If you need to return a retail item, please note that you must present the receipt within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are issued as in-store credit only. All returns are subject to system verification.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS POLICY
If you are currently using Accutane, Retinol or any lotions, creams or other medications that affect the skin, and/or if you have any allergies or recent scar tissue, please notify our studio’s front desk prior to reserving your waxing services.
AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY
Everyone is welcome at Depil Brazil Waxing Studio! If you are under the age of 18, your parent or guardian will need to sign a one-time authorization form for you to receive any intimate service.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY POLICY
Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your Wax Pro will remain confidential, as will any special conditions. Client lists and email lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies.
